  Most painful blood draw ever. The guy who did it didn't say a word while I was cringing with burning pain! It bled and I am black and blue with a very bad bruise. He was not friendly at all. He only spoke when he asked my name. I tried to call Quest Labs in Londonderry back, but of course I couldn't get to a real person. Very disappointed.

  This team unfortunately is not very experienced and does not tell a patient what they need when making an appointment. They just naturally think that you were a doctor or nurse. When I called to get clarification, I had to repeat my question three times, because they never answered it but told me everything else I need to know. I feel the representatives answering the phone are definitely not aligned.

  Called the Londonderry lab at 9:30AM (weekday) for help re:fasting. Call immediately went into voice mail with no callback option. In addition, there should be a receptionist. Need someone to assist patients and with phone calls when both technicians are busy.
