  The person I had i haven't seen her before. She was super nice not robotic like the other 2. She spoke to me like I was a human being. I really want to get her again when I go back in 3 months. Hername was Erica.

  Everything was very easy. It was easy to make an on-line appointment. I received a text before my appointment that I could just click to register. Once registered my name appeared on a screen so I knew when I would be called.
