  Everyone at Medi Weightloss is so kind and sweet! They explain everything in detail and the prices are reasonable! I haven’t found anything even close to Medi Weightloss and that’s why I decided to go with them. I love the weekly check ins and how they treat me so respectfully. They are all amazing and I’m so happy I’m losing weight with them!

  I waited a little while to write this review but I feel compelled to share my experience … I utilized the weight loss shots here being zepbound for a total of 6 weeks. When I did my first consult, I was sure I wanted to go here. After what happened to me I will never return. Long story short, I ended up getting multiple pulmonary embolisms and had to stop the medication. I want to be clear that there is no solid evidence the shots caused it, but It happened during my time taking the shots so I had to stop. When this happened I immediately called them because I had an appointment scheduled later that afternoon. They told me not to come in and follow up with my provider so I did. Once it was officially determined that I not continue on the medicine, I called and inquired about a refund for half my package since I only used 2 doses when the package included 4 all equaling to a $350 value. When I asked initially, they told me I could get it for the difference I just had to wait for the office manager to call me back. I waited two whole days before I took it upon myself to call back. When I got the office manager she was extremely rude telling me I couldn’t get a refund for the reasons listed below: They were sent directly there from an outside source directly for me. (Lie) They cannot issue me a refund at all. (Another lie) I can come pick up the two doses even though I can’t use them. (just ridiculous) All of which were wrong and I knew they were wrong. This lady tried to steal from me and withhold my funds for reasons I still don’t know. Either way I requested to speak to her manager and got a call from the director who was extremely apologetic and told me I can certainly get a refund for the difference (shocker). They ended up sending it and I received it. Overall, the other providers were nice, they did lie again during the consult and state that the freebies you get in the bag where free of cost but you do pay for it. I learned that when I asked for an itemized receipt for HSA funds which they later ended up denying so now I owe over $600 to the HSA Company which this approach doesn’t qualify for HSA mind you! If you want to try it out, go for it but ask those hard questions, look for proof and ALWAYS advocate for yourself and your wellbeing AT ALL COSTS. At the end of the day it’s still a business! I hope this review helps someone!

  I have had the most wonderful experience with Medi Weightloss Londonderry. From the moment I walked in the door for the free consultation everyone was so kind non judgmental, and caring. As for the program it is working really well! So glad i finally decided to join. Not sure why i waited so long!
