Staff is great and understanding. I have met with many of them; Jenna, Danielle, Gina, Jill, Kristen. Love the products as well. I take the vitamins, shakes, and pancake mix as well as the peanut butter bars. Delicious. Looking forward to the new program in regards to hormones. Thank you for adding that component.
