- JJJasonJan 29, 20231.0First off, out of the 5 clinics across this country, this is the worst one I've been to so far. The nurses don't seem to know what they're doing half the time, and the other half they spend time talking trash about each other. They don't listen to the patient about their opinions on treatment or their dry weight, nor do they take enough fluid off at one time. It took them over a month to send one piece of paper, and they sent it to the wrong place when they eventually got around to it. Don't even get me started on some of the nurses' attitude while you're at the clinic, as well as it's very unbecoming. 1 out of 5 stars. Lastly, Google apparently doesn't update the info since it says it's closed, but it's open Monday through Friday. Do better, guys. We rely on you to live, but this company makes you feel as if it's only about the insurance money rather than the benefit of helping those that need the help.
