- JRJim RoanMar 10, 20255.0I want to highly recommend Miracle Ear in Littleton, New Hampshire. I didn’t want to admit that I had hearing loss but my wife urged me to get tested. I am legally blind so reading lips is not an option and it presented other issues that people with normal hearing take for granted. From the initial visit and testing, I was greatly impressed with the professionalism , knowledge and caring shown by Jamison Giamo. He’s also very personable. I look forward to our appointments.Jamison took great care to explain the testing, its results, and the options for my situation. I was even given a trial hearing aid for a couple of days. It was determined that I didn’t need hearing aids in both ears. There was no hard sell. I could have walked away, but I’m glad I didn’t. My insurance covered part of the cost. The office dealt with my insurance company. By the way, Laura, the office admin. does a super job. After the purchase, Jamison continues to follow you on your hearing journey. Every three months, he meets with you for a thorough cleaning and adjustment as necessary. Each year, there is a retest to see if the prescription needs to be changed. I am so glad I finally went and wished I had done it earlier. Jamison is the best! Five stars! Jim Roan
