Dr. Robertson is the ONLY Audiologist in the Lakes Region who is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology. This certification is only available to Audiologists who have a high level of expertise and commitment to continuing education. Your hearing loss and your goals are unique. Enjoy working with an Audiologist who will listen to your concerns and has the experience and knowledge to develop a personalized solution. Our caring, helpful staff and homelike atmosphere will make you comfortable. Evening hours are available.

She is ALWAYS considerate, patient (especially concerning equipment changes, warranty etc) and quite flexible with Your schedule. A shout out to Sue in the office (I believe that is the correct name; if not, apologies-maybe that's why I'm using hearing aids in the first place) who is always nice. I recommend this office very highly. Last, but certainly not least, is Merlin who is one exceptional canine!

She tests all her hearing aids on herself and can give you the ins and outs of each one from personal experience. I I don’t know any other audiologist who does the same.
