  I have been seeing DR Robinson for over two years. Not only does she have the overall knowledge with a degress, she has hearing loss herself. She was always helping me understand the emotional side of hearing loss, which having Blood cancer, made the issues even more interesting. Recently my hearing loss took a real dive, and she recomended I see an ENT, which I am now seeing, and continue to evalute the issues at hand. I have called or emailed DR Robinson many times during the first 2 years seeing her as my hearing aids had many issues. She helped me get a new pair, after having these issues with the spreakers and the batteries. She is always happy to help and very friendly. To find a doctor like her in todays world is not easy. She will stand up for you and provide 150% care both medically and for sure understanding the emotional side. Thank so much Laura for what you have done for me They are the best around frrom my experiances

  I have been going to Dr Robertson for close to a decade now. She is ALWAYS considerate, patient (especially concerning equipment changes, warranty etc) and quite flexible with Your schedule. A shout out to Sue in the office (I believe that is the correct name; if not, apologies-maybe that's why I'm using hearing aids in the first place) who is always nice. I recommend this office very highly. Last, but certainly not least, is Merlin who is one exceptional canine!

  Dr. Robertson was knowledgeable, explained things clearly, and made the testing process interesting. She tests all her hearing aids on herself and can give you the ins and outs of each one from personal experience. I I don’t know any other audiologist who does the same.
