I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and after many traumatic experiences being mistreated by other dentists in the past, I was very nervous to try a new place. I wanted to give a special shout out to Jackie, who listened so respectfully to my concerns and made sure to explain every step of the process to me before it happened, what each tool was for, and how long each step would take. She even took the time to explain short hand terms to me when she was speaking to other staff so I wasn't left out of the conversation, and made sure any other staff who entered the room were aware of my concerns as well. She checked in with me often to make sure nothing was painful, and allowed breaks when I needed them. This was easily the first time in my life I have ever felt safe, comfortable, and respected in a dentist's office and I am so appreciative of the care and kind treatment I received.
