  They Canceled my appointment the day of just a few hours beforehand. Now I can’t get my test results in time for my school to let me continue. It is also a drive away from my house and it was almost close to me leaving my house to head over there.

  The staff (Talia I believe was her name) was very kind and polite. Will go back next time I need to have blood drawn.

  Really poor customer service Both over the phone and in person. Very unpleasant and unhelpful technician. No one knows anything about insurance coverage. Even the Billing Dept. at Quest didn't have answers. I suggest the next time the technician opens the waiting room door to let a customer in the lab that she has the courtesy to close the door herself instead of snapping "Close the door please" twice. Very weird person.
