- BBBarry BeaudoinJan 25, 20201.0Went in person to make an appointment in the Keene location so that I could ask a few questions. Came back at the time and day scheduled for my appointment . I got there and they told me that there was no appointment scheduled for me. They then said that it would be only about 5 minutes and they would take me in anyway . One hour later, and no one came out to test me as promised. Left a note on their desk and left. a year later I tried again ( I should have known better )and did get tested this time, I paid in full to place the order for my hearing aids over $6000 . They said that they would be in the following week and they would call me. Two weeks passed and no call. I then called to check on them. They told me they did not know where they were at the moment. They said they would check on them and call me. That didn't happen either. I then called again and their response was that they have found them , but the audiologist that fitted them had been let go. They then said that they would send another audiologist as a new replacement in about a week and that they would call me. Yea sure I said , cancel my order and credit my card. They then said they couldn't credit my card unless I came back in person and at that time they would have a manager there to credit me. Finally they did what they told me and the manager did credit my account. Bottom line is I would never try using them again!!!!
