- AHAlison HiattAug 2, 20211.0Although each individual pharmacist is kind and friendly, the organization of this pharmacy is disastrous. It takes between 30 and 45 minutes to have a prescription filled on a normal day, which is tolerable, but also variable as they may forget to fill your prescription during this time. but (apparently) sometimes the (only) pharmacist will be out of the pharmacy with no back-ups available until further notice, leaving many people unable to have time-sensitive prescriptions refilled. I'd much rather go to another nearby pharmacy where, at the very least, they are more dependable as far as hours of availability and coverage. I do understand that things happen, but in a field such as pharmacology I'd expect there to be a few back-up pharmacists who could be called in if necessary.
