- PLPatti Linnett-TuttleDec 12, 20251.0My family had to switch all of our medications over to Hannaford because Rite Aid closed. My household of 3 requires 12 different medications. I cringe everytime I have to go in there. Everything is a hassle, from re-ordering to actually getting your meds. We've been told that there is a shortage on meds we need - come back later. Oh, and if you are handicapped, take note - they have the queue line on the complete opposite site of the only 2 chairs available. If you're lucky, some nice persone will let you sit and still keep your place in line. Plan to be there waiting at least 25 minutes.

Surgeon called medication in prior to him leaving the surgical center the day before I went to get it. I was told by person at register "I don't know what you want me to do!"

Used Rite aid on McGregor for years and thought that was the worst.. well I was wrong, thankfully the staff has been nice so far, that's why I gave 3 stars. As for the rest, it's been so difficult. First, prescriptions take days to refill, or you have to call for 2 or 3 days to remind them. Next, the hours. The hours are so difficult, also why is lunch for everyone at 2? Why can there be shifts? There's also been multiple times I've waited with no line to get my prescription, and there's probably 10 staff members and no one notices I am waiting, or there's a line that forms behind me. Once again, qhen i am finally served it's been pleasant but besides that, everything else has been awful.
