  This is the second time I’ve had an appointment at this Quest location and have driven 45 minutes for it to not be open and my appointment not technically canceled. The same thing happened to me on March 30th. Last time 3 other people arrived while I was trying to reschedule online. Most of them also drove from about 30 minutes to an hour away each because this is the most northern Quest location I believe in New Hampshire. The Quest location wasn’t even the one that has the “courtesy” of putting the post it on the door when closed. It’s the neighboring businesses, Morgan Stanley kindly does so because they have people coming in and out of their offices all day asking about if / why Quest is closed. Reading the other people’s reviews / this is is a common occurrence/ behavior. This is a ridiculous way to run a business / incredibly disrespectful to the neighboring businesses that have to deal with their customers that haven’t been alerted when they’re randomly closed and also incredibly disrespectful to their customers time and health! Blood draws / tests are often time sensitive. Even if this business owner / their employees has outside factors effecting their life they need to have a better model for cancellations than just not opening the business. Customers should have 24 hour ideally in advance or even an hour notice would have been appreciated to spare customers the drive.

  I had one of the best experiences in my life having my blood drawn at Quest labs in Gilford, NH. From beginning to end every thing I could have hoped for was met. The person that was in charge went above and beyond to make my experience perfect. I recommend making an appointment and having as great an experience as I did.

  Arrived early for my 8am appointment. Everything shows they open at 7. Checked in online. Door was locked, no sign of anyone working inside. Called the local 603 number listed and couldn’t get through to a human. Knocked in the doors and windows. Waited til 8:15 and nobody ever showed up. How is this acceptable?! Total waste of my time and now I have to reschedule and go to another location all the way in Concord.

  Very disappointed, came into the office and they had a note up saying they were closed for a week. Nothing online or on their answering system stating they were going to be closed and I drove and hour to get here. Communication of hours is important.
