I wish they had looked at my medical history when I inquired about a medical appointment. I liked the person that helped me and felt that she did a good job evaluating my eyes. However, they didn't give me a fresh prism refraction and insisted that I need additional appointments with Dr. Nick instead where I will likely continue to pay. I felt that it was an unfair expense for the refraction I did not receive since they already had BVD and prism glasses recorded in their system about me from previous visits. I felt like they were a bit frustrated with me for asking clarifying questions regarding the costs which made me uncomfortable.
