  Kevin the doctor and the receptionist Beverly did a great job. However I was upset that I missed my last December appointment because of the transfer sale. My charger wasn't working so I went 2 months without my charger. I've made multiple multiple calls I never received a return call for a couple of months. As a result of missing that appointment I was informed that my hearing aids were not working for a year or longer. No wonder I kept getting comments do you have your hearing aids on and having to repeat excuse me because I didn't hear what was being said.
