  Kevin the doctor and the receptionist Beverly did a great job. However I was upset that I missed my last December appointment because of the transfer sale. My charger wasn't working so I went 2 months without my charger. I've made multiple multiple calls I never received a return call for a couple of months. As a result of missing that appointment I was informed that my hearing aids were not working for a year or longer. No wonder I kept getting comments do you have your hearing aids on and having to repeat excuse me because I didn't hear what was being said.

  The staff at True North in Dover are professional, friendly and helpful. They have gone the extra mile to help my mother and me. They take the time to explain everything and show you how things work. We feel lucky to have this resource in Dover!

  Let me start my review off with a great big “HATS OFF” to Belsono Hearing Center in Dover, NH!! What an incredible Team, your caring compassionate manner is something to be proud of..I have been putting my exam off for many years knowing what my outcome would be.. Your understanding, empathy and caring manner to my fears was outstanding .. I can’t thank you all enough.. Tom.. wow.. A personal thank you to you for your patience, kindness, empathy and knowledge..talking with me as if I was your only patient of the day..Taking as much time as I needed.. You talked me through my fears.. my denial..my many questions..supplied me with endless tissues to dry my flow of tears..Lol.. Needless to say, I will be returning on Thursday to pick up my hearing aids!! YIKES A heartfelt thank you again🌻🌻
