  My experience at Quest at 14 Tsnietto Rd. Derry,NH. Was excellent. My phlebotomy did an awesome job. My only problem was with getting my results. I was unable to sign into my account after going through the THREE verification process and had to do it over and over again. It was pointless, I got no results. So at this point I am unsure if I will return to Quest or just go to a hospital lab that I can get my results so much easier.

  I was at this quest location this morning to get labs done. One of the employees has been on the phone working on scheduling. She’s had her phone on speaker the whole time. She’s not in a private room and everything can be heard and it’s loud. It’s been 15 minutes and I’m hearing personal employee information being talked about, swearing from the people on speaker, personal conversations, and overall super unprofessional. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I’ve never experienced something like this.

  Even though I had a secondary test for breathing that involved no water or tooth brushing in the mouth 1 hour prior, they were able to get me back in same day. Did blood work at well, no issues.

  Can’t directly speak for these other reviews, but I had a great experience. The staff were timely, informative, and very friendly.
