  i'm giving Quest three stars because my phlebotomist was very pleasant, courteous, and professional. (She provided 5-star care.) Otherwise I'd give only one or two stars. I hate Quest's robot kiosks for signing in. Maybe they save money, but it comes at the cost of making Quest look like a stingy, uncaring healthcare provider where profits come before the patient. Why do you make your phlebotomists wear those UGLY green colored gloves? The color is NAUSEATING. Use regular colored gloves (purple, blue, etc.) like any other medical facility.

  No appointment was needed, check-in was quick, and the wait time was short. Facility was very clean and organized. My phlebotomist Ms. Mackenzie & Ms. Gail were super friendly, skilled, respectful, and gentle with a soft smile. The draw was quick and painless. She took the time to confirm my information. The whole process moved comfortably without feeling rushed. Five happy stars.
