  The people that work here are efficient, kind and go above and beyond to assist you. Today I didn't get my blood drawn, but the women worked on two visits in this one day to try and obtain all necessary codes from the Dr.s office. It was a failure on the Dr. Office part. However, the Quest team made numerous calls to try and obtain it for me👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 They have my sincere appreciation and gratitude.

  The medical “professional” I dealt with today damaged my post sealed, signed and digitally submitted pre-work drug test and started to verbally freak out. She then had me sign more empty unsealed tape(still on the wrapper) without explaining if I had to make another appointment or if her mistake couldn’t be fixed on the spot and I had to start over. I started to get worried because each tape has its own code and mine was already submitted. I asked her why I was signing description tape with different numbers then what was submitted. She did not answer and I was then told to leave. Her suspect actions after making a mistake, failure to articulate a bare minimum understandable response, and then to swiftly tell me to leave is not how to do business.

  I had a very good experience having my blood drawn yesterday. I was a walk in and was called in in less than 5 minutes. The young man (phlebotomyst) was very kind, professional and efficient. Thank you Quest and your phlebotomyst for a great experience.

  I am sitting on the waiting room for physical therapy. A lady comes out 20 mins before 5 and tells walk ins they may not be helped today but they will try. I lady came in and was checking in 15 mins until 5 and they came out to call another person back and told her they couldn't help her today. There is no one else sitting here waiting to be helped. My opinion is if they make it here during your open hours you take that patient. How long is it going to take to take their blood 5 mins... Come on now. People are lazy. As I'm typing this they are still open for 7 more minutes.
