  Had my first experience (hopefully last) on having a root canal. Procedure was done by Dr. Panda. She was absolutely amazing. She totally was compassionate towards my unknown worry and was able to ease my mind.

  This is my second visit on a different tooth. Had a root canal done everybody was nice. Had no issues having root canal done

  I was quoted for a root canal and told of two things that insurance may not cover and one was $150 and the other was $95. I was informed that the dentist would discuss with me if I needed them but that they were OPTIONAL. Upon arrival I was presented with paperwork to sign to agree to pay for a $95 service if insurance didn’t pay and I didn’t sign since I hadn’t even seen the doctor yet. I was brought in for a 3D X-ray and was told insurance might not pay and it was $150 and so I declined. The DA stated if my insurance won’t cover the dentist might just eat the cost because they like to have them. Dentist then insisted that I had to have this even though he took other X-rays. They checked and told me insurance would cover and I still declined wanting to preserve $ for a cleaning. Dentist again insisted and offered to split cost. I felt forced and intimidated. After that I found the dentist to be rough in doing his assessment. Also, he did a topical first for one area of novocane and then with zero topical and no warning jammed the needle into the roof of my mouth which was quite painful. During the procedure Dr Balloch seemed to mumble various things about why he really needed that 3D X-ray and many other things I couldn’t really hear. I was trying to stay calm but was tearful, anxious and nose running. Turned my head and all my spit and then some spilled all over me because I wasn’t being suctioned anywhere near enough. I felt pain during the procedure more than once which was very upsetting and I was left with an extremely sharp tooth edge for some reason. This was an awful experience and I’m not even convinced yet my problem is solved.

  Dr Rachel Kalman was absolutely brilliant and amazing. She and her assistant made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Absolutely zero pain or after effects from the root canal. I couldn’t have asked for better service or results!! Thank you so very much for the follow up call to check on me as well. That type of patient caring is hard to find these days. I can’t say enough good about my experience!

  Nice office location. Was quite nervous for my appointment. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. This was my first time meeting Dr. Walsh. He explained in detail about the issue going on with my tooth and what my options were. I could tell that Dr. Walsh had been doing root canals for quite some time. He did the procedure with such precision and care that I did not feel a thing.
