There’s never a line or a mistake on their part and if they have any questions or something pops up they actually proactively call you which seems small but after so many pretty awful experiences at the Hall St CVS, every time any of these things happen I am pleasantly surprised. I have only ever had positive experiences with everyone who works here. Very helpful and very kind.

They blamed the doctor for not sending it in a timely way (untrue), when that was disproven they blamed their system for "letting it sit at least twenty minutes" once received before they can see it?! Then they told my husband it would be twenty minutes after he explained it was an urgent post-surgical pain med. He picked me up from the hospital and returned almost an hour later and AGAIN was (rudely) told it wasn't ready, then watched the pharmacist only then take out the materials and fill it in front of him. This shows a definitive lack of care for patients in obvious pain and zero professionalism. I'm very disappointed as I switched from Walmart for a smaller more personalized and convenient experience less than a year ago.
