The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They take the time to correct your form, explain each movement, and offer modifications so every class feels safe and effective. The small class sizes make it feel personal. Each class builds off of the principles but still feels new, exciting, and challenging. AmyLee does an amazing job creating each class, keeping people motivated, and always having a rocking playlist. She is great at giving corrections and personalizing the workout if you need it. I highly recommend this studio and I have already convinced 6 of my friends to sign up for classes with me!

Every instructor at Merchant Way location in Concord has been fabulous! What I love the most is how every class will be different from the last to keep us engaged and never bored with the routine. 50 minutes fly by so fast that sometime I take two classes in a row because I love reformer pilates that much. Bri is my number one🫶🏻
