I have taken every class with every instructor offered so far and I have enjoyed all of them! This week I took a Cardio Pilates class as I had taken in the past, but this time it was different! It was Cardio with a little Circuit feel to it! It was challenging but manageable! My heart rate was up the entire time, and I had the absolute best time! I can’t wait to try Cardio 1.5 with this new routine!! Highly recommended this studio! Jamie S

The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming, creating an environment that’s both intimate and supportive. This allows each client to progress at their own pace and get the most benefit from every session. I’ve personally experienced so much improvement through consistency—feeling stronger and more stable in daily life. It’s a progressive and personal journey, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t notice results immediately.

There's the obvious...pilates is the first exercise routine I instantly took to and truly enjoy doing. The second reason I love it there is the community I have found. The front desk staff is super friendly and always willing to answer any question you have or if you encounter an issue with the app or scheduling. The instructors are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They are quick to give you adaptations to accommodate injuries, aches and pains which has kept me moving and on track. I feel healthier; both in toning and increased flexibility of my body but also in the reduction in stress. I highly recommend trying out a class at Club Pilates!

All the instructors are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and the owner truly cares! not once have I regretted my choice to work with these wonderful people!
