Destiny is awful and sexist. She rewards bad workers that dont do anything (look at the male bathroom every morning, since I got fired its gross and smells like pee constantly.) I never took a vacation time for more then 2 days at a time but the second I take time off for longer then that for people in my life going through stuff planet fitness turns it back and fires me. Anyone who goes there in the mornings knows I made that place look good for them and now its garbage and smells like pee 24/7. The worker doug that is still there does nothing but sit out back and play on his games. No cleaning or nothing. Destiny rewards that. But me cleaning and doing both mine his jobs all summer into fall meant nothing. Destiny needs to be fired
