After going in and being checked my husband was told he needed the 6 thousand dollar hearing aids. They never worked right to suit him. He had them for under a year and passed away. They are now sitting in a drawer because Kevin and his manager could do nothing for me. What a waste, could of bought some for a couple hundred and had the same results. I would not recommend Miracle Ear to anyone. Someone that needs aids could of had them. We wasted 6k dollars.....

His secretary on the other hand is why I’m only leaving two stars!! She’s rude!! I have been waiting months for a hearing aid I sent out for repair. When I called I was told “When I hear you’ll hear” “you can’t rush the claims process” and “I told you I’d let you know when I heard something and I haven’t heard anything”. This is not how you treat people/customers!! I am always polite and have always been patient when they have been behind on appointments and so I see no reason to speak to me or treat me in this manner. I would not recommend this center unless you don’t mind being treated this way.
