  I like Dr Elia and the staff. They are all so kind and friendly. My mom is 87 years old and they were very patient with her. I asked questions and Dr Elia explained in an easy to understand terms. I never feel like I’m taking up there time. We talk bit and usually get some humorous chit chat as well. I always feel like I’m in good hands and that is why I brought my elderly Mother to Dr Elia.

  I was sent to the Medical eye care center for further examination of an issue that I had. I was quite concerned. The staff put me at ease and the office manager who I worked with was so wonderfully professional, caring and patient focused. It was wonderful. Dr Elia is extremely skilled And clearly presented the issues and my alternatives. I highly recommend this office and its staff.

  While they took care of my grandmother and pointed her in the right direction for her cataract surgery, I was not at all satisfied with what I heard while sitting in the waiting room waiting for her. Both the doctor and his staff member mentioned the way she signed her name and said it while laughing not knowing everything she has been through in her childhood and doctor said “why did she sign it like this” and his staff member said “well she’s Bosnian they have a different alphabet” which is in no means true, we just have extra letters like most languages do. I am very hurt by the comment made and so is my family. It was just plain ignorance.
