  The Quest I went to is the one I always choose because my experiences have always been so good there. I arrived early and they were able to take me early.

  Zero customer service. They have no number where you can talk to a real person and get help and their staff knows it. I called ahead to see if my requested labs had been sent over....nothing. So I call my Dr. and they FAX the order over. Who in 2026 is still using fax machines. So they should have it right....well I made an appointment and showed up. Guess what nothing on file. Do they try and help...NOPE send me back to the lobby to figure it out for myself. I am told to "get the lab order FAXed over" I then ask how can I confirm thats done...the response "YOU CAN'T".

  They make it impossible to talk to a human being on the phone to ask a question. The automated system just keeps talking and talking. It should not take 9 minutes and 35 seconds to make an appointment on their automated system. They have no patient care at all.

  Can’t speak to anyone over the phone and their AI is not helpful.
