  I made an appointment, you confirmed it, when I arrived you had me electronically sign in, but you can’t let m know there’s nobody here? Thanks I missed a day of work because of this and my blood work won’t be done for my Dr appointment.

  What's the deal with this place? Open or closed? Website says "open" so I drive over there and it's closed! Want a horrible reputation with your customers? This is how!

  The person on duty today was very rude to my husband. No one there. Just picked up a lab for me. Never had problem in past. Unexpected.

  This is the worst place I've ever been in regards to medical facilities. The first time I went there, they lost the diagnostic code and the woman who took my blood looked at my tattoos and said that I was "so weird" and why would I get them. (I kid you not that's what she said) So then, I go back a year later and once again, they lost the diagnostic code again, but the front desk guy was very nice about it. However, after 3 sticks, the phlebotomist couldn't take my blood, which happens sometimes so I honestly would have been understanding about it...If she didn't then proceed to tell me that it was basically my fault. She started talking about how if you "think" they won't get blood or you're too nervous, then they won't. I've been getting poked and prodded for diabetes since I was a child so it obviously wasn't some huge fear I had. I was pretty shocked instead of just sending me on my way, I was told that it was pretty much my own fault. I will never go back here. Only competent person seems to be the front desk staff.
