  Amherst , NH location - walked in just before noon and was seen as soon as I completed registration at the kiosk. Seating area and private blood draw area was very clean. Staff was professional and thorough. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and within two hours I received an email to access their portal to view my labs when they were ready. Very convenient.

  The drawing center experience was great. The online experience is terrible. The I’d verification process is very frustrating. Difficult to get help to resolve so I can review my labs!

  I had a visit to Quest today for a 9:30 AM appointment, and I was impressed by the overall experience. I was promptly taken back at my scheduled time, but we quickly realized that my prescription for the procedure hadn’t been sent over. The team was proactive, checking their electronic system and fax system, but nothing was sent. After calling my doctor’s office twice with no success, the staff suggested I speak with a nurse, who could help with a verbal order. Thanks to the Quest’s assistance, I was able to obtain the necessary prescription and proceed with my blood draw. During the process, I started feeling lightheaded and was on the verge of passing out. The Quest staff were exceptional—they stayed with me, offering support and monitoring my condition until I felt better. I truly appreciate their dedication and care. A big thank you to the entire team at Quest for their help in navigating this situation and for their kindness throughout my visit!

  It was my first time in Amherst, since the Keene location closed. It was super easy and fast, and the staff were very nice.

  Check in was pretty good, the ability to scan my insurance card was great. They got me in ahead of the provided appointment time and the blood draw was quick and easy
