- KFKyle FisherFeb 9, 20261.0Called to get an emergency 5 day supply of my Effexor to avoid withdrawals while waiting for my insurance to kick in. They ended up giving me Vyvanse instead so I was taking double the amount of Vyvanse unknowingly while withdrawing from Effexor for 5 days. Ended up having to call poison control due to all the side effects. Their negligence could kill someone.

I’m concerned that many of these reviews have suffered because of that fact. Putting myself in their place, I can understand shortness and the urgency of the business they are dealing with. Please offer a great deal of patience and respect that these are just people after all. Thank you for your good service Paul.

They are expected to offer Covid shots, flu shot and shingles shots on top that which ties up a fair amount of time. Is Alton ready for another pharmacy? It’ll just have the same staffing issues.
