  We went to this clinic tonight 4-9-26. My husband had a fever of 100.4 and he is 64 years old. We suspect he got RSV from our Grand daughter a week ago and will get a secondary infection if he doesn’t already. There was only a PA on staff. She couldn’t find any reason to put him on an antibiotic but we asked her to for secondary infection. She refused saying that it hurts your immune system because it is just a virus. If he wants an antibiotic it should be his choice since it is his immune system. Most urgent care facilities or doctor offices will. Will not be going back to this clinic. They also didn’t have a rapid test for RSV.

  I had a great experience here being treated for a migraine. Everyone was super nice and caring. Definitely recommend!

  Came to Dr. Balter after being in excruciating pain with my back for 2 years that only got worse in August 2025 after getting rear-ended led to having pinched nerves on both sides of my neck that rendered me nearly incapacitated to the point I was barely leaving the house for months and in the winter when the temps would get really low (below 40°) I'd be in so much pain it would take me over 2 hours to take a shower on my own! I had been seeing another Dr. Whom I thought was just a spine specialist, turns out he was a pain specialist as well, only he wasn't truly treating my pain in anyway! No pain meds, no planned course of action and would just give me muscle relaxers and prescribe PT that did not help at all! Dr. Balter was a breathe of fresh air!! At my first appointment we went through all the medications I was on, which is how I found out the sleep med I was on for my insomnia was all wrong for me and wasn't getting me the restful restorative sleep my body desperately needed as well as finding out one of the medications I was on could cause stomach ulcers and as I already suffer from that it is not helpful so got off that and he got me on actual helpful non narcotic pain meds! Dr. Balter and his team also came up with a plan on how to go at my pain and even told me he believes he can get me out of pain and back working for the first time in over a year! HE GAVE ME HOPE THAT I DON'T HAVE TO BE 36 AND DISABLED! He also gave me hope that we can put off me needing to have a total hip replacement I need from the workplace accident that disabled me in 2023! Which is great because the earlier I get it done I would just need to repeat later in life! I've already had 2 if the procedures on my neck and it's helped so much I'm already thinking about where to work once we've gotten all the problem spots done! HERE'S TO GETTING MY YOUTH BACK!!
