  I had one day left of my daily contact lenses and my prescription ran out. Other optical locations refused to get me in until the following week meaning I would have had to wait over the weekend with no corrective lenses. Gervais Lessley at Target Optical 12500 K Plaza took my call late in the day on a Thursday with the upmost and caring demeanor. Mr. Lessley was extremely helpful in his ability to quickly and skillfully schedule me for an appointment the following day within a matter of minutes, saving me much trouble when other locations refused service to me. When I got to my appointment my phone had died so I was unable to fill out the pre appointment information form. Mr. Lessley skillfully helped me complete my forms with no hassle or extra wait. Then, Mr. Lassely went above and beyond to try multiple methods of applying my insurance to the appointment in order to do as much as he could to get the appointment covered (even speaking with insurance agency and the other target optical on 132nd and maple that I switched over from). Although we later found out that the insurance was reimbursement only, Mr. Lessley was kind and helpful in providing the best discount he could. He provided a helpful, caring, and empathetic approach to my situation which left me feeling like I had received the best optical care possible. Then, on the day that I received my glasses and contacts, they were the correct prescription and everything was just as I had ordered. Mr. Lessley took extra care to ensure my glasses fit was optimal and I once again left feeling like I had received the best optical care possible. I will be going back to this location for as long as I live in Omaha based on my amazing experience that Mr. Lessley provided.

  Dr. Dembin is very friendly, professional and makes me feel comfortable and taken cared of. You can tell she loves what she does and, in my opinion, is extremely knowledgeable about Optometry.

  Jeff Chapman went out of his way to help me after I tore a contact while visiting Omaha. I had forgotten a back up pair and was in a huge bind. He was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend Jeff and Target Optical

  They wonderful people kind and patient the doctor that works there discover something in my eye that the other place i go to get my eyes checked for many years hasn't seen she takes her job seriously and is patient 10/10 I recommend this place.
