I just finished the 6-week quick start program and dropped close to 20 lbs. I am a 75 year old man who just recently had hand surgery and my second knee replacement. Avid bicyclist and not a novice on weight loss programs (HMR, Weight Watchers, Noom). I know what to do, just needed the discipline and support to get back on track. Chris provided the program and support to succeed. Highly Recommend! Before and after photos.

My husband has lost approximately 80 pounds. He has type 2 diabetes, heart issues and joint issues. He has gone off many medications due to his weight loss. We both feel much better and are capable of doing many physical activities than ever before. The staff keep.good track of our diet, activities and mental issues. They are both very knowledgeable in their profession and concerned about us. We choose to keep seeking their help and encouragement.
