The facility is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming, and I always felt supported and encouraged during each visit. I noticed steady improvement and appreciated how clearly everything was explained. I highly recommend Integrated Care to anyone needing physical therapy; they truly go above and beyond.
- SSshannonOct 23, 20251.0I was referred by a sheisty lawyer (who I fired) for rehab services after my accident. I had no idea why he wanted me to get billed by them instead of my insurance but I trusted him bc after all he was my attorney. Well after firing him and getting a real attorney I was told this was not the proper way to handle it and they (integrated rehab) was told by me and my attorney to start sending claims to my insurance co. They never did and now I'm finding out why and it's affecting my settlement. They would get more from me vs. insurance. I firmly believe this place and that lawyer worked together to scam people and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB on integrated rehab and with the State Bar for Vandenbosch law. Don't trust this business!
