- VSVincent “SiCkyIcKyMicKy” Scalia3 days ago4.0Dr. Williams himself cares about his patients and listens to all my concerns. Jen is also the glue that holds the place together. She is so amazing! The main reason I didn't give 5 stars is because his (newer) staff is becoming more of gatekeepers and less of patient care focused it is starting to impede my care. After geing seen for an annual physical, i had to follow up multiple times about important maintenance meds for both me and hub that were not sent to the pharmacy. We just discussed all his meds in person during this appt. Days,now weeks have gone by and I get an explanation the prescription requires pre-auth and may have to see the Dr. I explained they still have to send it to the pharmacy for it to be denied by insurance before they can do the pre_auth. They don't seem to want to do this which is concerning especially after all my polite and pleasant follow ups. Just going in circles is scary when it comes to your health, keeps you up at night wondering if you can ever get your inhaler so you can breathe is just one example.

This is his own family practice, so it has a very homey feel to it. Dr Williams takes the time to listen and does not try to force any medication or treatment on you that you don’t agree is the best idea. Kind, professional and treat you like family. Can’t say enough good things about him!
