Love the doctor. Hate feeling like I’m at a car dealership trying to be sold $700 worth of contacts and “50% glasses only if you buy today”.

I had a terrible experience at this optical office. The optometrist was rude and discriminatory. We came in for a scheduled appointment because my mother urgently needed an eye exam for glasses.
As soon as we arrived, he said he could not see her because she needed an interpreter and claimed it would delay him by 10 minutes. He did not greet us, did not make eye contact, and did not allow us to explain anything.
We had an appointment and were treated with disrespect from the start. This experience felt unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place, especially to families who need language support.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses.
