- CSChelsea SullivanOct 5, 20255.0I was referred to Rock Valley PT for some knee pain, which prevented me from running, and was referred to both Megan and Jodi for PRI therapy. I had never heard of it before, but this is the type of therapy that my knee needed! After 6 months of PRI, I have almost no pain and I am able to start running again. I also have amazing tools (both strengthening and stretching) to keep myself in a pain free state. Megan and Jodi are so knowledgeable and really take the time to listen and work with where you are at and where you want to get to. I cannot tell you how excited I was when I was able to run 1 mile pain free! The office is welcoming and inviting and the Clinical Experience Associates that greet you are so kind and helpful with payment and scheduling. I was able to get in pretty much whenever it worked for my busy schedule, which is so helpful! and I always felt like my sessions were not rushed and that Jodi and Megan took the time to listen to how I was feeling, would go over stretches with me if I could not remember and even on some challenging days (which there were several), they were there to help me and keep me optimistic. I cannot say enough good things about Rock Valley PT - Maple location. If you are having pain and have tried other things with no success, I would recommend them 100% Such a great facility and staff!
