When I decided to take the leap of faith and walk into the gym, I was clueless. I was quickly greeted by a nice young gal name Amanda, fighting thru the urge to blush I was nervous to tell her that I was clueless in there. Without hesitation she reassured me that everyone starts somewhere, and that it was a judgement free zone. That boosted my confidence thru the roof! Not only am I confident that people won’t make fun when I curl those dumbbells wrong, I’m confident that every time I go back in, the staff will be just as friendly, courteous, and welcoming as she was!
