She was very polite and patient and knowledgeable enough to fix a problem when the other employee working there basically told me to go online and “figure it out myself”. I’ve been a Planet Fitness member for 10 yrs and was planning to cancel but with Amber’s help today, I am reconsidering and planning to stay longer. Thank you Amber!
