Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- ELEarnest LangfordJan 29, 20261.0The Optometrist was great. I ordered two pairs glasses after my eye exam on Jan. 2, 2026. It is now Jan 29th and I do not have my glasses. I’ve been coming to this Pearle over five years and have never had to wait this long to receive glasses. Each year I get two new pairs of glasses and have always received them within 10 business days. This is my first experience with the new staff and I am not pleased.I have not received a follow up call on the status of my glasses. They never answer the phone, I called several times within an hour no one answered, so I went to the store to talk to someone about my glasses. I had to inquire twice about my glasses each time I inquired, a frame was in and will be sent out to get the lenses put in. My last inquiry was two weeks ago and I got the same response, my second frame was in and they were being sent to out get the lenses put in. I still do not have glasses. A follow up call would be nice. Once I receive my glasses, it will be my last visit to this location, I will find a new Pearle Vision location next year.

She was very friendly and easy to work with. I appreciated her help immensely and will be going back next year when I’m due for an exam.
- TSTyler ShermanJan 20, 20261.0Terrible service and experience with this location. I have never had an issue at any pearle’s in the past. They charged me $1300 for a pair of glasses and sunglasses. When they did my pupillary distance they measured it wrong. The sunglasses were completely see thru. I thought they were going to make it right after we had sent them back in. They didn’t give me the right lens material, which i paid an additional $250 for. On the reorder i asked for a mirrored finish on the sunglasses and the new lenses were still completely see thru and not mirrored at all. The people working there are completely unknowledgeable, i would not recommend anyone go to this location. The Pearle off 144th and Maple has been amazing to work with the last 10 years. All the stores are separate from one another. I would highly recommend avoiding the village pointe location.
