We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. - JJJessicaOct 7, 20252.0I’ve been going to this Pearle Vision for years, but the recent employee change up front has been nothing but issues. Brooke has absolutely no customer service. She is rude and entirely unhelpful. She’s double charged me on multiple occasions. Refused to refund my glasses despite being in the timeframe to return. She seems to make up her own rules. I will be finding a new place of care. Which is disappointing because I really liked the Ophthalmologist on staff.

- LLLori LowrySep 13, 20253.0The eye doctor was great! Very personable and professional-the staff, not so much. One staff member was rude on multiple occasions. We ordered contacts through Pearl Vision. Because of the holiday weekend it was taking a little longer to get delivered, so I went into the location to ask for another box of trial contacts so my daughter would be able to see while we wait for the delivery. The girl refused to give an extra box saying that we would have to wait until the contacts we ordered through them were delivered!! This honestly is the worst customer service! I was simply asking for a few extra pairs of free trial contacts so my daughter could see until ours arrived in the mail. I won’t be going back!
