- MIMichael IrwinFeb 13, 20265.0I have been using this Pearl Vision for about the last 8 years or so. Dr. Robinson is absolutely the best. She takes the time to explain what she sees, and makes sure you understand. She is always personable and doesn't treat you like doctor to patient but more like friend to friend. Lisa, Madison and Terri, the upfront ladies are always pleasant, even remembered my name without me saying it. Terri has done wonders on my glasses, once even finding a small screw and bolt to hold my lense in. This is the only place I trust with my eyes.

Then they lie to you that your insurance is only paying a small amount for your glasses that might cost you 320.00 dollars. So they are telling me my insurance is not going to pay the full amount for my eyewear??? BULLSHIT!!!!

- FWFelicia WalkerDec 20, 20252.0There is a strict 10 minute late policy which was not mentioned or explained when I made my appointment. Also was not explained until I asked "what are you saying?". I waited & rescheduled once the next patient arrived. I'll let VSP know about this as well. I was really surprised since usually most businesses have 15 minute late policy. I had even called and let them know I arrived at the wrong address and still no one didn't mention the late policy.

When I asked for my PD they would not provide it to me unless I was purchasing frames which feels like they're withholding my personal medical information unless I give them more money.
