The hearing care specialist, Justin is excellent. He answers all questions and explains things in layman's terms. The front desk patient care coordinator is very welcoming and friendly. She doesn't just ask you to have a seat, she actually shows interest in how I'm doing. They offer coffee and hot chocolate ( which was excellent). .
