Best LensCrafters location in Omaha! Gia, River, Josh, and Kyle are all wonderful people and excellent at their jobs! Each of them made my experience a great one. I won't go anywhere else in Omaha for my eyewear.

Love this location! Gia, River, and Josh are fantastic! Always so helpful and make me feel very comfortable. I'm autistic and they never complain that I need to try on 100 different pairs, take pictures in them all, analyze the photos, ect. They are extremely patient and kind. The doc is also fantastic and he does a great job explaining what's going on with my eyes. Extremely Queer, Autistic, and POC friendly.

Great LensCrafter. My boyfriend and I are in there often for adjustments, cleanings, and to browse the frame selection. We nearly always encounter an exceptional employee Josh. He has come to recognize us and takes care of us well. Remembering important details about who we are, our likes, and preferences. He’s even learned how to adjust the frame of my boyfriend’s glasses perfectly just by remembering which ear is lower and higher, and the direction he pulls his glasses off. 10/10 would recommend, ask for Josh :)

I came in Lens Crafters after visiting other stores looking for the perfect glasses. I was greeted by Gia and the rest is history!! I am walking out of the store with a pair of prescription glasses that I am very very happy with. Gia was very accommodating and I'm sending her a huge THANK YOU! Ann W

As the first time, LensCrafters customer I want to thank the staff for a great experience. I was able to get my exam and my frames today and the whole appointment was a breeze. Everything was explained to me clearly by River and my technician (Forgive me for not remembering her name at this time but she had a lovely puff and nice glasses).

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
