We nearly always encounter an exceptional employee Josh. He has come to recognize us and takes care of us well. Remembering important details about who we are, our likes, and preferences. He’s even learned how to adjust the frame of my boyfriend’s glasses perfectly just by remembering which ear is lower and higher, and the direction he pulls his glasses off. 10/10 would recommend, ask for Josh :)
