- MNMary Norton2 days ago1.0I got yelled at for being 10 minutes late. This was not the Dr but an assistant I understood my appointment to be 2:30 but apparently it was 2:20. The Dr had to be out the door by 3:00 so things were rushed The person assisting me in picking out new frames amd getting me fitted with new glasses did great and was not rushing me That happened on December 3. Today is January 12 and my glasses have not yet arrived. I have called and was told they came in chipped. That was just before Christmas I’m called again around January 7. They said something about finding a new lab It is now going on 6 weeks
