Took an hour for them to tell me they don’t have it in inventory. Wasted a whole hour just for that. Either lazy employee or they need to update their computer system to 2023.

Pushy, uncooperative, and not customer friendly. Would not make effort to resolve problem. Acted like you bothered her by making a purchase. Bakers used to be overly friendly but now with crabs like Alex I prefer elsewhere. She needs to avoid humans, maybe work in a prison where she can refuse to help people daily.
