- HLH LMay 18, 20241.0Others have mentioned the understaffing and issues getting things filled so I'll add that I'm also really frustrated that they changed from putting everything inside the bag to STAPLING MY MEDICAL INFO IN LARGE PRINT TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAG they need to start putting all the papers inside the bag again I swear this has to be a HIPAA violation!!!

- ESEric StarkSep 19, 20211.0Went to pick up a prescription today and the people working the drive through cannot hear you and you cannot hear them, due to that they couldn’t get my birthday correct or find my prescription. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person with this issue. Baker’s— maybe spend some money on equipment that makes you money. I will be moving my prescription to Medicine Man.
