  I love this place! They have great customer service. Unfortunately, this area is plagued with customers who have unrealistic expectations. I have waited in line on several occasions and witnessed customers screaming at the pharmacy staff because they have to wait 20mins. One person demanded to have there prescription back and they would drive to Walgreens because they had to wait 15mins. So let me understand this, you are going to take the RX back, drive 15 mins in 5pm traffic to a Walgreens, just to wait for 40mins? That prescription that would have taken 15mins to complete at Bakers would be completed by the time you arrived at the other pharmacy... I mean really.. I just smile and wait. I will always treat this staff with respect. Thank you guys for always providing care, wonderful advice, and offering the goodrx coupons .

  The pharmacy staff have no customer care skills, don’t respond quickly, and appear to be under stress. I have considered moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

  Having worked in retail management for more than a decade earlier in my life, I’m sympathetic to retail situations, but I have had constant issues with timely refilling and pick-ups at this pharmacy. This has been my home pharmacy for about a year. There is frequently a long wait (10 minutes +). Today it was 40 minutes, and I’m returning the third time for the SAME prescription. It’s extremely frustrating, and inexcusable that this prescription was auto-refilled without my authorization 2 weeks ago, triggering the single permitted refill, and the doctors office will not approve a refill, because it shows it had already been filled. After convincing the pharmacy lead, who is always very kind and responsive, he reversed it, but now I’m waiting, again, for this to be filled. Further, my GoodRx pricing was better than my insurance for a pricey medication, and (of course) there is some unknown issue as to why they can’t honor the price, and defer to a previous GoodRx price of 33.00. It’s probably an issue with the manufacturer permitted pricing, according to the pharmacy lead, and there is not much either of us can do about it, but it would be welcome to have someone try to address it, especially after all of the issues trying to retrieve one prescription. An essential service shouldn’t be this difficult.

  For the third time in the last five prescriptions filled, the prescription was not ready to be picked up as promised. In this latest case, they said it would be ready for pickup at 11:00 AM. We arrived at 1:30 PM and were told they hadn't started to fill it, and it would be at least 30-45 minutes before it would be ready.
