It rings and rings with no answer for ten minutes. Today I finally got in touch with someone. He was curt, rude and unprofessional. Asked me if I could hold a minute and without waiting for an answer he placed me on hold. I waited 15 minutes on hold and then hung up. Yes, there are staffing shortages. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! PAY MORE MONEY! WHATEVER IT TAKES!
