  Overall I do like Archwell & All the Extras they have. However I was very disappointed they could not remove the ear wax in my ears.

  The experience with the doctor was terrific. I felt very listened to, understood, and everything was appropriate and thorough. The only reason I put it at four stars instead of five is that my paperwork was totally messed up so I was over an hour in the waiting room. Luckily, I had no other pressing events in my schedule, so it did not present a problem for me specifically. I think the doctor was more upset than I was! But I like Archwell. So far, so good.

  My appointment was set for 2 PM when I arrived I was met by the gal at the front desk. She was very pleasant and had a couple papers for me to sign. I took a seat and in a few minutes the medical assistant called me back. We went over a lot of medical questions and my medication. When Rachel came in she had already pilled some of my records. We went over all of them. She was so easy to talk to I enjoyed the visit. Made plans to come back for lab work.

  The APRN Racheal Forgerty was trying to resolve, by getting CAT Scan, the only is they could not resolve the pain on my right lower of my body that radiate to back.. I am still suffering from the pain as of this day.
