- SWSheri WinterOct 12, 20211.0My husband's prescription googles kept falling apart and they were insured and paid for by the company he works for. The lens fell out and the nose piece broke more then once. The assistant fixed it for the time being but my husband had the appropriate signed paperwork from his work to get new ones. The assistant would not take the paperwork since she did the repair and that should be up to my husband weather if he wants a new pair or not and his work pays for them. I told her as she cowardly hide in the hallway that when they fall apart again we will be back and we will demand new ones! They did not say a word. Bad customer service there!
