  After numerous times calling the facility, I was never able to talk to anyone. I’ve left several messages with a changed number to return my call. Never got a call back to that number. Instead they called a different number where I cannot answer while at work. They leave a message saying they’ve tried calling me back 3 times & only got the voicemail. Clearly they never listen to the numerous voicemails I’ve left or are not capable of comprehending the number I left. When you have tests done at the facility don’t expect them to ever notify you of the results

  Very frustrating and incompetent in handling insurance authorizations and then relaying accurate info to the patient. What a waste of time Them and Bryan Sleep Study Lab need to get their acts together

  Appointment to see Dr Nic Genrich. Came in for a breathing test at 7:15, done by 8:15, THEN HAD TO WAIT TILL 9:00 for a 9:15 APPOINTMENT. THE WAITING ROOM WAS EMPTY AND NO ONE THERE BUT ME!! Needless to say I won’t be back, I’ll travel to Omaha or out of state if I have to from now on. Just ridiculous. Haven’t even met the guy and I’m pissed iff. No wonder my pulse & blood pressure were elevated.

  I don't generally post reviews, especially of doctors, but I was so disappointed in Dr. Fiedler that I decided to say something. I was referred to NPS by a different provider due to sleep apnea. I told her I really did not want a CPAP. She told me that she understood and that CPAPs are no longer the only options for sleep apnea. When I spoke with Dr. Fiedler, he said "so we're here to get you a CPAP" and I politely (and apologetically) said "I really don't want a CPAP". He sighed (and I could tell that he was annoyed by his body language) and told me that CPAPs are the only treatments for sleep apnea. I told him that wasn't necessarily true (by this time I had looked into other treatment options) and stated that I knew there were oral devices and surgical options. He really didn't like that I knew that. He tried to browbeat me into a CPAP and told me nothing else really works. He finally conceded that we "could" do a surgery if that was what I wanted, but I could tell he wasn't thrilled. It doesn't bother me to advocate for myself when I'm with a doctor, but I keep thinking about people who are too shy or afraid to pushback and say what they want. Because, if I hadn't known about the oral and surgical options, I KNOW he would not have told me about them. And that's not right; it's his duty to tell his patients all the options available to them and let them choose what's right for them.
